To decide what is best, put all urgent feelings aside. Once you are feeling calm and centred ask yourself do you really want this? If you have any doubts at all, then it is time to it let go. No doubts? Then stick at it!

You are faced with a new situation or emotional state and although you are keen to get involved you are also feeling a little cautious. You can create a balanced approach by remaining open to new experiences while keeping your feet planted firmly on the earth. If you do start to wobble you can ground yourself by going for a walk or gardening. Go ahead and dip your toe in the water!

Letting go of old habits or emotional patterns continues to be the theme this month. Lasting change isn’t achieved overnight, you have to nurture the inner garden over time a period of time.
